  My wool/oriental rug had not been cleaned in over 5 years. I am moving and wanted to take a clean rug with me. John was very professional and explained the types of stains and cleaning process to address them He sent me photos during the process highlighting problem areas and the end result. I have a dog and a cat and use Nature's Miracle if they throw up on my rug (it happens) - John provided me with a superior product to help with this issue. Highly recommend Burdick's for any of your carpet cleaning needs. 5 stars for sure!!

  We thought our carpeting in our office needed to be replaced, but we called Burdick's in for an attempt at a deep cleaning, extraction and encapsulation. The outcome of John's work was amazing and we can put off the carpet replacement for a while! John was very thorough and knowledgeable, had all of the professional supplies and equipment needed for the job, and left our place spotless. His decades of experience are obvious from the moment you meet him. I highly recommend Burdick's.

  John and Seth were fantastic from start to finish. Rashel in the office was extremely helpful and answered every question. Our carpets look like new and we could not be happier. Well done and so knowledgable and professional. We will certainly ask for their help again. Thank you so very much.

  We would like to publicly thank Burdick's Cleaning for the fantastic job they did removing a coffee stain from our carpet. A full mug of hot coffee was spilled on light colored carpet in our family room. John Burdick did a fantastic job getting it out. His knowledge and expertise for cleaning rugs is unsurpassed. We have used his company two times, once for complete rug cleaning and once for this stain removal, We were very satisfied with both experiences.

  Using Burdick’s Cleaning Service was a great experience starting with talking to Rashel and setting up our appointment, to meeting John and having him explain his entire process including costs before he even began work. He was very considerate of our home and when he was finished our 17 year old carpets looked like “new”. He also recommended after care and maintenance tips to help them stay looking great longer. John’s a professional in his field, and I highly recommend using Burdick’s Cleaning Service
