I spoke with a gentleman named Ibrahim who helped me navigate through a slight delivery issue. He was patient, available, and he made sure my shoe order met my expectations. I wish my other dealings in customer service were as smooth as the interaction with Ibrahim on behalf of Vellapais. Thanks again, I will order again and I will definitely recommend Vellapais!!!!!
