“I joined Yardley Fitness a few months ago, having never done a squat or lifted a weight in my life. Yardley Fitness boasts an excellent staff that are attentive, kind, patient, and ready to work with you to make your fitness experience the best it can be. The classes are challenging, but trainers are always willing to provide alterations that will work best for you and will help you get the most out of your workout. The folks that attend this gym are also very welcoming, and I'm happy to say that I feel like a part of a sweet little fitness community. This is by no means a cookie-cutter gym. It isn't open 24/7, but the class times are really good if you want to do something before or after work. I also take the personal training classes and they are great and very catered to what you are looking for. This gym also provides services such as massage and nutritional counseling. I can happily say that thanks to Yardley Fitness, I now look forward to and really enjoy working out, and I am in better shape than I ever was.
