“My husband, daughter, and I currently reside there. In the beginning, they were a bit nit picky about the dumbest things, but we turned a run down home into something of beauty, that's for sure! In the beginning when we went looking at fixer upper homes, the staff was anything but pleasant. The property manager showed absolutely NO enthusiasm when showing us homes and made it seem like we were bothering her. I try to avoid the office as much as possible. I can say that the last 2 times I've had to contact them for something they were not rude at all so maybe they are starting to realize that being rude isn't going to get you anywhere (hopefully). I have to say I am SO GLAD they threw out some of the "TRASH" residing in the community. They have placed a beautiful new double wide at the corner of our street & there are also a few other brand new homes in the area that are really nice. The lot rent does go up every year, maybe $10 per year. Compared to a 2 bedroom apartment paying almost $1100/month, the $743 we pay really isn't bad at all. Where we live is very quiet. I feel as though we made a good choice moving here. I really like it. As long as you pay your rent on time and follow the rules, you won't have any trouble. Maybe the occasional attitude from someone who doesn't feel like working that day at the office, but other than that it's really not that bad. :)”

“I love that I live so close to a place where I can get almost anything I need at a cheaper price, and I'm in and out quickly. I compare it to a scaled down Wal-Mart. The down side... Sometimes the line can get backed up because of limited employees on shift, or there are times I get to the register and no one is there. I understand in order to keep low prices there are cut backs and having employees stock shelves, and face them is part of that. So these are minor annoyances.”

“This place if a very good environment for you and your dogs there are separate places for the bigger and smaller dogs. There is a lake 15 feet away if your dog likes to swim but the only thing that I think they should add is a water fountain or something like that for your dogs. Other than that this is a great place to let your dogs play with other dogs and all the times i went the dogs and there owners are very kind.”
