PT Solutions of Dublin

When i first started my therapy 2 months ago, i was in total pain due to a frozen shoulder. The therapists Avery and Ashley showed me moves to help out. I'm now almost out of pain and will be continuing my therapy at home on my own. If you put the work into it, it will work. Trust the process. Friendly staff.

I did two stints of physical therapy here in Dublin. First, in 2017, when I tore my MCL playing soccer. Just recently again, for nagging wrist/elbow/shoulder pain. Both experiences were very positive. I took the work seriously, did my "homework," and I made good/quick progress. My PT Avery was very kind, thoughtful, and professional through the whole experience.

Every time I walk in everyone says hello. They are so welcoming and caring. The first evaluation was thorough and Avery was quick and knowledgeable to answer all my questions. Wonderful individualized care!

Went to PT Solutions for an old shoulder injury from 25 years ago that was giving me trouble. I was quite impressed with the level of knowledge of the PT specialists, Avery and Ashley, as they both have a tremendous knowledge of the human body and appropriate exercises to perform to address my shoulder pain. I didn’t just want to know what exercises to do, but why I needed to do them? How do they help? They both clearly explained the benefits and what was happening to my shoulder muscles and ligaments. Not that I retained much of what they told me, but it convinced me they knew what they were doing.

Both were extremely pleasant, personable, and patient. They seem to really love what they do and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Avery and Ashley, thanks for all your help!

I worked with Avery, Ashley and Hannah for 3 months for a herniated disc in my lumbar spine. At 37, surgery was not something I wanted to pursue without trying PT first. The difference those 3 months made is amazing, basically like night and day. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The facility itself is very clean and well kept.
