More than worth my 3.5 hour drive to do business with a dealer that treats their customers so good.

We purchased a used blue ox hitch and tow plate. We couldn't find any local places that would install unless we purchased the parts from them. Rachel gave us an estimate and was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner. Kyle did the installation and provided detailed instruction on how to properly hook up the toad. Wonderful customer service. If we didn't live 2 hours away they would get all our business.

After talking with the service manager and stating that I was told to come in, they asked who the person was and I said the name. They said that the person was from the sales department. He wanted me to come back in three months. I told him that I lived very far, and that they were the one's that repaired the same thing before and that it worked only when they showed me. I went camping and tried to extend the awning and it didn't work. Finally they took care of the problem which the vehicle was under warranty without any problems.

Brought my TT in for first time service. Rachel was right on time, and knew what she was doing. They fixed a bunch of warranty items for me on a brand new trailer I bought at Fretz. I wasn't happy to have to bring it in, but the service department was organized and efficient. It was a pleasure.
