(May 26, 2018, 6:47 pm)Great knowledge of Toyotas & excellent service. We had the 4WD, VSC & Check Engine light lit up on the dash, & it would not shift into 4th gear. Kerry diagnosed the problem & replaced a part in my transmission. The Toyota dealer had it twice for this problem and told us we needed a new transmission. $500 vs. $5,000... works great now!

I have trouble trusting a mechanic and I do trust Excel. Family owned and operated. I have yet to feel like they are trying the screw me. -

(October 24, 2016, 11:51 pm)I recently moved to the area and was nervous about taking my car to a new auto service. This is the second time I have been to Excel and their service has been outstanding. Much better than the place I used to go. They even called and told me they could replace a part that no one had ever bothered to fix for me. The cost of the inspection and the new part was very reasonable and they even dropped me off and picked me up at my home for my convenience! I would recommend this family owned business to anyone.
Update: I continue to have excellent experiences with Excel. Today, my car bottomed out and a plastic piece was dragging on the ground. Not only did Kerry fit me in on short notice, but he fixed the problem free of charge and I still got to work on time! You can't beat their exceptional service. A great family you can count on. Thank you! -

(April 18, 2016, 7:33 pm)Fantastic auto shop. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, and they complete the necessary work very quickly and reliably. I have never had an issue bringing my car here. They are a great family team. The son and dad both clearly know what they are doing. Support a local business and take your car here, you will not be disappointed.
