    I have been training with flex force training for about 4 months now and each workout is more challenging and rewarding from the one before. Katey takes her client relationships very seriously and is in invested in their success. She has developed specific workouts for my goals. Her flexibility, dedication and overall motivation are what make Flex force training the best place to work out!

    AWESOME! The small group classes are great for a group feel with individual attention. Katey is extremely knowledgeable and will make you feel comfortable and confident. Katey gets results that you can see and feel right away!

    Definitely recommend to anyone that’s serious about their health, fitness and looking to get in shape. Katey brings different exercises and training to the table that targets fat burning and muscle toning. This is the place to be ????????????????

    Katey is FANTASTIC! Small group classes at hour long sessions with a schedule so varied it will work with almost any schedule! I'm definitely not the type of person who would ever have been associated with 'fitness' but I gave Flex Force a shot after I saw the results of a friend, and I can't stop telling people about it! Such a friendly, encouraging, productive atmosphere that just keeps me coming back!
