Staying physically fit is extremely important for your body and your mind.
I am an avid cyclist and have been for the past 20 years, cycling hundreds of miles a month. But even with that said, my upper body needs more strength and I need more discipline.
Bigil is very conscientious of my goals and expectations. His workouts are dynamic, gradually working you into a mixed combination of muscle toners, and core build up.

Working out with Bigil has been life changing. Every workout is unique so I never get bored. He keeps me motivated at all times. Checks on me when I need checking on and keeps me on track. I've been with him since day one and will continue my workouts with him .It doesn't matter your age or weight , he will help you feel better about yourself . I really enjoyed training with Bigil! It was my first time ever going to a personal trainer and it was a great experience. He was very motivating and helped create workouts that were centered around my goals. I highly recommend him as your trainer if you are from the area!
I started out training with Bigil many years when he first started out his career. He was always motivating and helpful. I moved to California a few years ago as Bigil started his own gym. I recently started training with him over FaceTime. I was skeptical at first wondering how it would be training over FaceTime. It has been a wonderful experience! We not only train but we discuss recovery of the body as well. I highly recommend him as a trainer.

I trained with Bigil for almost a year and a half and had a great experience. He's very informative, answered all of my questions and listened to my goals and based our sessions around the goals i was trying to achieve.
He is very accommodating and is willing to work around my schedule whenever possible. Most importantly, i learned so much and SAW results!
If i hadn't moved to a different state, i would still be a client. definitely recommend.
