I am very happy here! It is a clean quiet place to live! My apartment is well maintained! Landscaping maintained! Happy I moved here. Maintenance promptly responds to requests!

"Silvana took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need, close by. I’m was very happy to know about their Military program, as a Veteran i feel welcomed in this community. I definitely recommend this community to my fellow brothers and sisters in arm.

30+ year resident here. We have personally seen the complex change ownership and management hands a couple times over the years, and I must say the current management/ownership is fantastic. Very attentive and eager to improve the community. The office staff is informed, polite and eager to help. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Community is relatively quiet and peaceful. Any concerns we have had have always been addressed in a timely manner. The price is on par with surrounding communities, especially for what you get. Don’t skip over this place based on a couple reviews. Many tenants here are long-term. 20+ years. That says something in itself.
