Steve was very caring and sensitive during this difficult time. He was patient yet held us on track. He also has a full roledex of contacts for vendors to help during this time (lawyers, title co, reception locations etc). Thank you for your grace and lovely service.

Stephen was very professional and made a very good overall impression on our family. He provided emotional support at the very difficult time for us. Although given short notice he arranged everything in perfect timely fashion, including the delivery of flowers from the store we chose, which he had no prior relationship with.
