It has completely changed my perspective on working out. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about excercise, but let’s you go at your own pace, while pushing you further. His classes are 1000x more personalized than anywhere else I’ve tried. All other staff is friendly as well. I will be continuing classes with Alex for sure”
