We've been using Lehigh Machinery for many years and have been very pleased with the different pieces of equipment we have. If we ever have an issue Steven and his staff are always very responsive and work with us to find the best solution. Great products and excellent service!

I have a Lehigh 32 X 120 Manual lathe. I have been using it since around 2000. The serial number of the machine is 00027. This machine is equipped with a power compound, which is amazing. The whole machine is very solid, I cut large weldments and flame cut material almost every job. The machine handles heavy cuts on difficult materials. My machine is also equipped with a gap, which I remove often for larger jobs. It is easy to reinstall, and the bed remains precise. Not only is this machine great to own, but Steven can not be beat at costumer service. He is always easy to work with, and has any information you could ever need. If you need a large lathe, with great quality and pricing, Lehigh is the way to go!

We have several lehigh machines in our company. a couple of them are almost 17 yrs old. that should speak out for durability and reliability. there's no question this machines are good. but the greatest sale point and the reason why I felt like writing this review is for the incomparable customer service.
When running into trouble like we often do with our machine due to their age, Steven will go out of his way to make sure I get the issue solved without any special interest like first trying to sell me a part or something like that. he will send me links to his website for troubleshooting or He will stay on the phone with me until I feel comfortable. tech support is awesome!!

I am blown away with my Lehigh wheel repair lathe. We have been doing wheels for 5 years and have had the privilege of owning this lathe for just under a year. The machine is built like a tank and is literally bullet proof. I showed the machine off to other experienced machinist and this opinion was shared by them.

What's more important in any piece of equipment is the after sales support. I could honestly say Steven has been great to deal with. He knows his product inside out and is there to help when you need it. In the past 5 years our company has made other purchases where you're left on your own after you receive the product.

I can't stress enough how important customer support is and this company hits it out of the park ever time!

My experience with Lehigh lathes is a good example of customer experience. Our lathe is running since 2012 with the same quality and reliability as new. The few situations we had to ask for help, Steven was always quick to reply and offer recommendations to solve the issues, sometimes with alternative solutions and remote support. Undoubtedly I recommend his company, their machines and endorse his aftersales support. I wish I could represent him and sell those machines in Brazil as business partner.
