Chas helped me with some phobias I've had since childhood. I tried many other therapies and found hypnosis to be the most effective. After I left the office (literally during the ride home) I felt this overwhelming feeling of CONFIDENCE... Like I could DO ANYTHING. SO many thoughts were coming to my head about dreams and goals that I had. I felt like Anything is Possible! I have never felt like that. He also introduced me to affirmations and gave me some afFORmations that I use daily that really help me to be positive about myself and my business and just generally feel great. I definitely experienced a positive shift. I'm glad I had a hypnosis session at third eye hypnosis and Chas is a pretty cool guy in general. The next thing I'm trying is re-connective healing. So Excited!!

I have been suffering from performance anxiety since high school (public speaking, competitions) and i decided I need to get control back because I could not stand suffering from this issue any longer. I never thought I would resort to hypnosis, but I gave it a try and I am so thankful I did!

After one session, I feel like my subconscious has been restarted, and the anxiety has been lifted. I now have the confidence and breathing and mind/body techniques to allow myself to not dread public speaking and actually enjoy it.

Chas was wonderful, calming and a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him!
