Our insurance company really, really fought against paying for replacement of water damaged materials in our home, but after we called ACI, we had a new settlement within 3 weeks!. I couldn't be happier with the results! I have used public claims adjusters before and this company was by far the best. ill definitely refer them and use them if I need to again in the future.
(December 22, 2014, 10:37 am)My mom used ACI when her basement got flooded during a storm. They responded very quickly and they got her all of the money she deserved for the damages. I was impressed with how fast they were able to get their specialists in and asses what was damaged. Everyone that came was extremely nice and willing to do whatever they could to help.
I would have never known that there were businesses out their like this one until something awful happened. Buy when it did, I was glad ACI was there to help! I could highly recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for help in assessing damage to their home.
