Second time getting a vehicle from Advantage Auto, same as last time, everyone is amazing. Tom stayed well past closing the first night, not even to just talk cars, but just to talk about things in general.
He listened to me, offered genuine feedback, and took time to connect. He understood my financial position, and was more than happy to work with my budget.
Alycia was warm and professional, while also personable and engaging. Genuinely connected, and was incredibly understanding about how life can get to you. There was no sense of being rushed to get things done and go, she took time to explain all the paperwork as it came, and made sure everything was understood so I had every tool I needed.
Gunner had me cracking up. Personable and friendly, he made the process a breeze and took time to help me switch insurance over, spoke with the insurance company, and made sure everything was 100%
I couldn't recommend this team more. Genuine people, genuinely caring, and will bend over backwards to help you succeed. As long as you maintain open communication and don't abuse the relationship, they will help you everyway the can.

Wonderful service here. I’ve never had one issue with being a customer here. Very understanding and willing to work with you through any situation there is! My car broke down that I got from them and explained my situation, got it towed there and the same day they helped me leave and get another car the same day!! I’ve been a customer there for just about 3 years now and highly recommend them for sure for getting a car at any time !
