When I went to pick up furniture on pick up date I was not called/emailed before hand that the rails for the bed were back ordered so there was no sense in taking the bed without the rails and it was a wasted trip. Ashley rep assumed responsibility for a no call and quickly agreed to deliver bedroom set for free once post came in. Will shop at Ashley again.
(September 19, 2018, 5:20 pm)I was appreciative of the time my salesperson spent with me as I sought a new living room designed with comfort in mind. She was knowledgeable, very helpful and willing to go above and beyond normal service. My husband was going in for surgery and I had a rigid schedule for delivery. She made it happen, even though time was short. The delivery guys were awesome!
