Well, Unique Video & Sound took my expectations of quality high level service to a new level, which is saying a lot, as I set high standards. Andrew and his team were not only professional, conscientious and meticulous about their work, but they were also patient and willing to take the time after the job was done to make sure that I understood how all of the equipment worked and how to operate it. I also think they were enjoying the 7.2 surround sound of Saving Private Ryan with dreamscreen as much as I was. Andrew truly dedicated the time needed , prior to even becoming a customer, to explain all aspects of the project, so that I thoroughly understood what it entailed, which can get confusing when you are talking about today's integration of audio and visual systems. In addition, Andrew and his team were able to tailor my needs to make sure that I could get the most bang for my buck.
