“We had a backed up sewer pipe late one night so I called to get a service call, the owner answered the phone himself!! I was pleased right off the bat. Most had services that paged the company/techs and got back to you about 15 to 30 minutes later. The tech was scheduled to arrive in the early am the following business day. He did, and even showed up early to my surprise! He was not only professional but thorough in the explanation of what happened and what needed to be done. This company was my 4th call and they were the most reasonably priced company. Well, Unique Video & Sound took my expectations of quality high level service to a new level, which is saying a lot, as I set high standards. Andrew and his team were not only professional, conscientious and meticulous about their work, but they were also patient and willing to take the time after the job was done to make sure that I understood how all of the equipment worked and how to operate it. I also think they were enjoying the 7.2 surround sound of Saving Private Ryan with dreamscreen as much as I was. Andrew truly dedicated the time needed , prior to even becoming a customer, to explain all aspects of the project, so that I thoroughly understood what it entailed, which can get confusing when you are talking about today's integration of audio and visual systems. In addition, Andrew and his team were able to tailor my needs to make sure that I could get the most bang for my buck.
