I saw Dr. Gray halfway through my second pregnancy because I had been experiencing sciatic pain. After one session of acupuncture I noticed major improvements, and by my third trimester, I no longer felt pain at all. I am so grateful to have finished out my pregnancy as comfortably as possible. I have since followed up for adjustments and have been feeling great postpartum. I have also brought both of my infant children to get adjusted by Dr. Gray, which greatly improved their symptoms of colic, gas, and general discomfort. I can't recommend enough!

I injured my neck for the first time in my life at 29. My neck was sore for weeks, I couldn’t sleep, and I was uncomfortable doing daily activities. I visited Dr. Gray, and it was everything I needed. It was a beautiful office with a hands on approach. He spent a half hour with me and adjusted me to perfection. I had an amazing experience at New Hope P&P. Dr. Gray is awesome! He's extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during my first couple of visits. So much so, he convinced me to try acupuncture for an injured knee. I had severe pain after playing a fall season of soccer on an unforgiving surface, but his practiced acupuncture techniques worked wonders. With some rest and the appropriate amount of treatment, I'm now back playing. If you have any doubts about acupuncture, trust Dr. Gray - his expertise goes a long way! Side note, his office is also really aesthetically pleasing and well decorated... he must have a cool girlfriend or something.

I came into Dr. Gray because of low back issues I'd been experiencing. Over my visits, Dr. Gray performed adjustments, acupuncture, and cupping therapy. Dr. Gray also encouraged me to perform specific movements/stretches outside of the office so that my condition would continue to advance.
