“This was my first time renting a car. I was called a bit before the reserved time to confirm the reservation. When I arrived, the car was warmed up for me (19 degrees out, brrr ⛄). Customer service was top rate. Becka made pleasant (and funny) conversation, making the pickup fun rather than a chore. The car was in great condition and clean. The entire rental was $22.
