Just Had a whole house generator installed and very pleased with the entire group of technicians and office personnel. Not only was it obvious that they had a great deal of experience and knew what they were doing but acted very courteously and respectful of our premises. No cleanup was necessary on my part after the job was done. The office staff handles questions and responds to needed followup very efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

GenPro Crew installed our Generator in one day and did a very Professional Job. I would highly recommend GenPro to anyone considering the installation of a back-up Generator.

Ken and his mates arrived on time, worked non-stop for 9 hours, were tidy, pleasant, professional, organized, and totally knowledgeable. If this rating went to 6 stars I would choose that. Ken's attention to detail was way above and beyond. At the end, I looked out my window to see if they were finished, and I saw Ken wiping minor smudges off of the generator lid that I couldn't even see. He also noted an odor in the basement that he first thought was from the gas line, but turned out to be from the electrical line tube for the septic system alarm, and took it upon himself to caulk the opening! He also spent time with me to show me the proper way to relight my gas fireplace. This was the most completely satisfying contracted work I have ever experienced, and I'm 70 years old.

After doing my due diligence, based on all of the great reviews about GenPro, I chose them for my installation of our 20kW whole house generator. It proved to be the absolute best decision. From the initial phone call to the office, to the visit at my home with Jay and through the installation with Ken and his team, I have never dealt with professionals on the level of this company. They made sure my family got exactly what we needed and completed it all in a timely and professional manner. They obtained all of the necessary permits. It rained both days of the installation. This did not discourage or hinder the crew from performing a top notch job. The relief of knowing we will no longer be without power when the winter storms roll in truly is a great feeling.
