What a great company! We absolutely love our water softener! We had Walt come and do the demonstration to show us what was in our water and we decided to get the softener. We were not pressured into buying anything it was completely our choice and it was totally worth it! It makes your skin and hair feels so different and it is actually clear water and I feel so much better about drinking it and cooking with it and bathing in it! Mark also did a great job installing it and we couldn't be happier with everything and how it turned out! The people who have left bad reviews on this page are people who never actually gave the water softener a chance they are just people who don't like salesmen! We met with Walt and he educated us on how serious our water is contaminated even though it is city water and treated. We noticed a smell of chlorine in our water when we first moved in 6 months ago and learned it was the same as a pool should have. Once we were sold the water system and had it installed by Mark, we noticed a difference immediately. Fresh clean water with no smell. Any negative reviews are people who never tried out the system. We can say this system is very effective and worth it with the lifetime warranty.

I just recently had my system installed, I love, love love it! Mr. Walter was my salesman, an excellent salesman and asset to this company! So knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Also the installer, I think his name is Mark, forgive me if I’m wrong, he’s great, knows his job very well! Kudos to the rest of the team at PWS!!
