Hi my name is Sade Johnson I am caregiver at Monarch of Bucks county . I been with the company for 2months. I joined the field 13yrs ago due to I love to support and comfort the needs of others. Monarch is a great company. The client are very nice and appreciated. Monarch is also a company that is very flexible with the shift that fit your availability. The most I like about Monarch Is that they are very organized with the staff and client needs. Great job Monarch
I have worked with Monarch of Bucks County services for over 6 months, I like working in this field, empathy and compassion. Working with people in a home care setting, it is essential that a caregiver feel the desire to want to help in all their needs. Seeing them smiling, listening to their stories is the most part I like about the clients. What I like the most about my job is that I can be myself around coworkers and my clients. We help each other, and we respect each other.
I like all of the caregivers. They are funny and down to earth and makes it fun being here.They know I like chicken and always make nice meals. Sometime they out and get me Spanish food from down the street I like the pattalios.I really don’t like going outside but its nice to be able to.
The staff here at Monarch are just remarkable. They listen to me, they cook so well. When I first came I requested Lima beans and rice, one of the caregivers prepared it for me, it was so delicious. The house is very clean and easy to get around. My room is very spacious. I enjoy being able to sit outside front or back and get some fresh air. This is the nicest place I've ever lived.
I've been working with Monarch 9 months now I love working with my clients we have a family type of bond. Helping them makes me happy that's what I like most the appreciation they give me back. I've grown with the company and became House Lead which was very exciting for me and my clients. I enjoy my job and I hope to continue this path and stick with the company ????
