The facility is highly dedicated to helping the elderly regain some form of normalcy. I was blown away by my the team’s dedication, especially Randy, who always went above and beyond his duties. I particularly enjoyed the weekly round meetings the staff made with each patient. During their weekly rounds, my dad’s entire team, which included physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapist, and his nurses, were included during the weekly rounds. Each member gave a progress report. The facility was always clean, and the staff always greeted me when they saw me in the hall. They would encourage me to go with my dad during his physical therapy sessions. This was the first facility out of four that treated my dad as their family member. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehabilitation.

I was reluctant to send my mom here, was too far away, I wasn’t sure if they would be able to deal with her acuity, the hemiplegia from the stroke and etc. However I’m very happy with all team in this inpatient rehabilitation center. All the team goes above and beyond to take care of my mom. My mom had a severe hemorrhagic stroke, she wasn’t talking, eating, seating, walking. They are encouraging her to reach her independent level every single day. She is eating, seating, walking with assistance. Dr. Aleger is very knowledgeable and compassionate, always calling us to gives us update about my mom health status. All the therapists are amazing, PT Adam, Ryan, ST Denise, nurse Carmen, Rhea and others, but especially OT Cristina who encourage my mom everyday, and also helps with translation. Cristina deserved the Daisy Award. I meant when I said they all go above and beyond. 5 stars, that’s the care they are giving my mom. I’m very grateful each and everyone and for everything they are doing for her. They are miracle workers, they make this rehabilitation process less stressful to all of us. Thank you all.

I came in August 8, 2018 and had some of the best treatment and care that a man could ever recieve at Orange Park Medical Center and their Rehabiliation Center. The therapists, nursing, and dietary staff were kind and thorough. They were fun and believed in me and my ability to become as independent as I was before. I had a private room that was very clean and up to date and the food was great. If I need to have therapy again I would come back to Orange Park Rehabiltation Center and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you and God Bless!

The care my husband received from OPMC was amazing. He spent 8 days on the 4th floor and 4 weeks inpatient rahabilitation. We could not have asked for better care from the doctors, nurses, physical therapist and other medical staff. He will forever call the staff at inpatient rehab his family......because that's how EVERYONE there treated him.We will forever be thankful for the care he received!

My brother had a stroke and was at OP Rehab for a couple of months. He was treated with respect and compassion. He was encouraged and pushed in his therapy and because of their care is doing exceptionally well today!!!!
