Reit Fuel Oil Co

We experienced an excellent transition from oil heat to natural gas thanks to the men at Reit Energy. Sales rep Chris Peters clearly explained everything in detail and when the technicians Robert and Gary arrived to first remove the old oil heater and tank and then to install the new gas heater and new cooling system, we were in business in just two days! Very professional. Answered our many questions and they did a great job cleaning up when the job was over. We feel the price for everything was more than fair and we plan on staying with Reit Energy for a very long time. (Our review number is 8731.)

We had our oil burner and central air conditioner replaced by Reit in Feb. 2020. They came out quickly and gave us an estimate and system recommendation. The price was reasonable and the installation was done quickly and efficiently in one day. Had heater issue, Dan came out and fixed. Very professional and was very nice ( I asked a lot of questions). He also did a good job on getting the job do e as quick as possible to get me back to work.

Good technicians...their customer service personel leave a lot to be desired however. Maybe try not being so rude to your customers especially since some are so loyal they would rather freeze than switch companies. We will continue to use this company as they have fast service and reasonable prices.

Great and prompt service with helping an elderly customer. Work was done in the time estimated, no issues or surprises. Have used them for regularly for oil, and more recently heating and air conditioning system replacements/service a lot in last few years and have always been helpful. Recommended. # 148181
