  This facility gives nursing homes a great name. My father whom has Alzheimer's has been here since October 2018 and I couldn't ask for a more caring facility and staff to look after my father after I no longer could keep him home. While I have no friends and family up here (my brother and daughter both reside in Florida while my uncle, unfortunately, passed away last summer) to go through the every day challenges of a loved one being cursed with the disease...those on the 4th floor have become my family. They listen to my concerns, let me assist when I am there (approx. 4x/wk), reach out to me when necessary regarding his care and my wishes along with any changes and updates.
  While visiting my dad I see and witness how the staff interact with their patients in a friendly and caring manner. They treat them with compassion and respect, which are 2 very important qualities when caring for not only the elders but especially those with Alzheimer's/Dementia for they have lost any pride and dignity they once had, and have gone back in time not even knowing their own families or anything else about the lives they had lived but those at Majestic Oaks make each and every day special for each and everyone of them so they're never alone or without love.
  I can go on and on about how great this place is but words can't express my gratitude especially since my dad had spent months at another facility prior to Majestic Oaks...not only was the food they served for the birds (small portions and disgusting), the staff...especially the CNAs just sat on their butts and watched the residents rather than spend time interacting with them as humans, and they kept sending my dad off to the psych ward at the hospital for med adjustments after any little incident that occurred.
  Since being at Majestic Oaks...the staff actually works with my dad instead of sending him off to a psych ward when he's over agitated and aggressive while reaching out to me to assist, if necessary, to take his mind off whatever is, at that particular moment, agitating him or together we distract him where he eventually goes and sits alone where he will usually shut down for awhile until he's cooled down and back to his awesome self, which is typically a super happy and funny guy. The staff at Majestic Oaks knows giving time my dad will calm down...one thing about Alzheimer's...their mood whether good or bad comes from where they are in time and what they are reliving, which is unpredictable, and the more you try to tell them different the more agitated they get, but giving the right care, patience, and understanding it passes.
  Another great aspect here at Majestic Oaks is they feed them very good. My dad probably eats better now then he ever did...or myself for that matter. :-)
  Those at Majestic Oaks have in ever way possible have supported and have gotten my dad and myself through a lot. I honestly don't feel so alone anymore especially since he's pretty much in the last stages of the disease.
  Though I have only visited the 4th floor...I love them all (Sharon, Jermaine, Patty, Michelle, Ty, all the CNAs, etc). They are truly the BEST!!!

  This is a very good nursing facility. The Administrator and managers are professional and the place is very clean. The staff are cool and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

  I recently took a tour here with my grandmother, the staff were very welcoming and they made you feel right at home. The care they give to their residents is remarkable. I would recommend this place to everyone, overall it was truly the best place I’ve toured.
