Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Not one for writing reviews but the service I received today was exceptional. I scheduled a rental online Sunday and called first thing in the morning spoke to Ralph and he had someone come over to get me in 20 minutes. Driver was a nice guy and truly patient as I had a 4 and 2 yr old. He drove us over to enterprise, gave my id and cc and was out of there in 5 minutes. Returning the car was just as easy. I definitely recommend to anyone who needs a rental in a bind. The car was extremely clean and ran great! I recommend to anyone and will be sure to use them in the future.

I had to get my car repaired and Ralph came to the body shop to pick me up. The car they provided was clean and very new. Ralph was great in communicating the process and made sure I was taken care of.

The people were great, and so was the car,except for cleanliness. There were a few bits of paper in the floor and on the back seat, but the main thing was the windshield. It was so streaked and smeared with something, that I had to spend about 20 minutes cleaning the inside, a another 10 on the outside.

Fantastic service. Staff here is on top of things and get you on your way in record time. Professional and quite friendly. I'll drive past other agencies to use this one again.
