“About 15 years ago, and about a year after receiving my 1st Dan degree black belt, I had left the school due to moving out of the area and because of work constraints. Over those 15 years I drifted away from martial arts training, up until recently when my 10 year old son Shane started to take an interest in Karate. We tried some local karate schools, but I found them lacking - something was missing from how I remembered my training years ago. To try and fill in the gaps I dusted off my old uniform and started training with him in the basement. To my great amazement, and though at 53 I do not possess the flexibility and stamina I once had, all the mental discipline, focus and raw technique that was ingrained in me years ago by Master Chang was still there! Ultimately I knew that if Shane was going to pursue martial arts I wanted him to be in the best learning situation possible and he also reignited a spark in me to pick up where I left off. Shane and I drive to class two days a week - a 3.5 hour round trip - to train with Master Chang and his students. In the 9 months since we’ve started Shane has really made some great strides both mentally and physically - beyond where I think he would be without the training. And for me I feel like I found something that was lost to me for a while. If you want a great mental and physical workout for yourself or a child - doing it together is a great bonding experience! - you will find no better place! Tang Soo!”

“This walmart Pharmacy is located inside the store walking straight and in the middle behind the cards and wrapping section. There is plenty of parking. You can see the store from the streets. Always it is a pleasure to get my prescriptions filled here. Jennelle, the pharmacist, takes her time to go through every medication to explain and make sure that you understand it before leaving. The pharmacy techs there are nice and helpful too. I recommend this location.”

Sure, it's pricey, but if I'm going to wear something on my face for several years, I want to know that they will last and be light.
