(January 14, 2020, 11:29 am)This is the best gym I've ever belonged to. The personal trainers are fantastic, they are extremely helpful and will answer anything. They make working out a really fun experience too. The facilities are great for an excellent price. However management has some shady practices when it comes to contracts/pricing. They told me I was signing up for two months of personal training and that my contract would end after that time. I trusted the manager I spoke to (they don't work there anymore) but after two months I called the front desk to confirm my PT was being cancelled. They told me that I had one session left but - surprise! - I was later charged for another month. When I confronted the manager (the one who works there now) they told me that the contract had no end date. They said I could cancel - I just had to sign off on it. Well, I had no clue I was signing ANOTHER CONTRACT for two months. Make sure you ask to see what you're signing before you sign it, they say one thing to your face but in writing it's something else entirely.
(December 26, 2019, 3:21 pm)Awesome gym, very clean and a very professional staff. Kim who signed me up was very professional and I had to explain my situation which might come up that i would have to cancel my membership. Kim responded as long as i get a doctor's note there would be no issues. I also signed up for a 2 month trial with a personal trainer, Tyler Seidman who has been amazing. A promise was made to lose a certain amount of weight and how to track and monitor my calorie intake. I would recommend this gym to everyone based on equipment, cleanness, and professional staff!
