(January 22, 2019, 6:23 pm)We bought "Comfort care plus Hot and Cold", it was broken after 2nd time use. I contacted 1800 and the manager of Warrington PA Shop contacted us and we got a new one as replacement. We are somewhat disappointed by one item of Riteaid products but we are very happy with the Riteaid customer service - overall excellent. We will remain Riteaid's loyal customers. William and Dong
(October 18, 2013, 1:39 pm)I went to my pharmacy today to fill my prescription and I had an insurance issue and my pharmacist directed me to an insurance professional who was in the store and he helped me with my issues. The agent explained different aspects of the Affordable Care Act and even quoted me a price for a new insurance policy that will give me better coverage and also save me $100/month in premium.
