I had to stop my membership due to a physical injury (not caused by the gym) and a new crazy work shop, but the 3 years I was going, I lost weight, and got in terrific shape. The staff is wonderful, Courtney is the best, she make you work, but if she didn't I would have slacked off. The members are great, I looked forward to going to see the ladies.
