  Great company to work with. They just did my 3rd Ford transit. The shelving is not only great USA made quality but it is installed properly to last longer than the truck will.

  I'm very pleased with these racks. They fit very well in my 2015 GMC Savana. Service was less than one hour upon my arrival to the shop. Just what I was looking for. Very pleased.

  Now bought 2 racks for my work vans from these guys. First one was great, exactly what I needed, so when I hired and needed another, they True Racks was my first choice.
  Received the new rack, and a part was missing. Well, actually 2 parts. But here is where they earned 5 stars. I contacted them through their website and explained first, that I had mistakenly purchased a lower model than I intended and was missing the locking mechanism. My mistake. And, I was missing some hardware that should have been included.
  I got a reply within the hour, (7pm on a Thursday) with an apology, the price for the part I had not ordered by mistake, and the offer to ship it for free with the part the packer had left out. I said "Awesome!" He sent me a PayPal invoice immediately, I paid it, and just got a tracking number from FedEx that the parts would be delivered today. Friday!
  5 Stars, earned the hard way.
