  Our pool installer currently services our pool, but I do get our water tested at Raines and all our supplies. They're always very helpful and honest, which this pool neophyte really appreciates.

  Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They ask questions to help you figure out which products you need. I received top notch customer service and their website is also User friendly for booking service.

  Great service! Helped with opening our new pool. Explained all the fundamentals to us and showed us how to work the pool. We will be doing our business there. Super friendly staff!

  Wow I could not be more pleased with the exceptional staff knowledge (as I am a seasoned pool owner and very knowledgeable, even though they did not know this). This company did not try to sell me unnecessarily or make any false statements. I was very happy with the kindness and politeness throughout the entire process. Great pool, great service form start to finish!!
