  I've been a member of nat. fitness centers for over 20 years. None come close to Wrightstown H & F. They have me in better shape & doing things i haven't been able to do in yrs. GREAT TRAINERS & very friendly people. If you want to feel good about yourself try it.

  Best fitness club ever! I have been a member for nearly a year. Trainers are top notch and work very closely with their clients. On top of that, they are very caring and get to know you on a personal level to develop a program that will work for you and that you will follow. I cannot recommend this place enough.

  Just had the most amazing and wonderful massage here with Meredith. This place is a gem-the trainers are terrific! Eric, Christian and Vinny are the best! They really know how to attend to each person's needs and work to see results. They are experienced and personable.The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Chantal at the front desk greeted me and helped with setting everything up. This is a wonderful integrative, all inclusive wellness center! They even work with insurance! I am looking forward to chiropractic, nutritional, and all other services they offer. I highly recommend Wrightstown Fitness. Kudos and thanks to all at the center.

  Wrightstown Health & Fitness is an all inclusive health and fitness facility with exercise, nutrition, massage, chiropractic and acupuncture. What I like most is having a personal trainer every time you walk through the door. So if today my shoulder hurts - that's what we work on; tomorrow my back, that's what we work on. This is NOT a gym where you get a schedule of exercises and 6 weeks later you get reviewed. This is hands on every time you go!
  To me, the over all best part is that the trainer, chiropractor and massage therapist talk to one another about the issues you have so they can all work together as a team in providing you the best services.
  Eric, my trainer, Patrick and Nikki, chiropractors, Donna, massage therapist, have gotten me through 2 surgeries and another upcoming one. We talk about what's coming up and we work on those issues. I feel confident that I got thru my surgeries with less pain due to their expertise. This is my team!
  And finally, they have an independent physical therapist, Theresa, working there that is tremendous.
  Everyone of the trainers, chiropractors, massage therapists, etc. have the training and talent to help you.
