I had the pleasure of working with Monique Dufresne to secure new insurance policies after experiencing a MASSIVE premium hike from our previous company(Liberty). Monique carefully reviewed our existing policies & made insightful recommendations as to improving coverages while keeping it affordable and ultimately less costly than the new rate with our previous company. AND she accomplished this having a hard deadline as our policy was to renew in only 2 weeks from the day I initially contacted her! Very happy with our decision!
