“I'd like to first note that I was not a customer, nor did I use their advertised service. I was in Philadelphia to visit a friend, and we had planned to go to Wissahickon Valley Park. Unfortunately, at the time, the park only showed itself on Google Maps on desktop, not Mobile. I was driving around lost, trying to get a clue of where to go, and my friend couldn't answer the phone. I stopped in here to see if I could get some pointers. The man who was working went out of his way to print me the Google map, with instructions, to get to the point. It was a lifesave, and I heartily appreciate his generosity, especially to someone who is not even a paying customer. I figured I'd return the favor as best I could about a year later, writing this review.”

“My heart was broken when i had to put my dog of 10yrs down due to kidney disease. I had her cremated so i can have her always with me. When i got my Oreo back i was pleasantly surprised. Although, i bought a urn for my dog, the box it came in was very nice with her name on it. Then there was another box, and i had no idea what was inside of it. When i opened the box i got so emotional to see a print of her paw displayed in a beautiful leather box that you can also put a pic in it. Thank you so much for making feel closer to Oreo.”

“We recently used Fleuhr Funeral Home for our daughter's ceremony. We've had nightmare experiences at other funeral homes and it would have been devastating for everything to not be handled perfectly at her's. Everything was handled professionally from the first phone call to the end of the ceremony. We had requested that everyone wear vivid colors, preferrably with Disney attire. When we got there, we noticed that all the employees of the funeral home had gotten their own Disney pins to wear. It was very heartwarming. Furthermore, they had gone above and beyond by wearing the pins, but also getting Disney ballons and even a beautiful Disney blanket to accompany her urn. They were wonderful. My wife and I spoke afterwards and both agreed that there was nothing that could have been done better and nothing we would have changed. It made this horrible time in our lives that much easier to have her celebration of life such a loving occasion. We cannot thank them enough.”

“Ryan, Nancy, and Tommy are all amazing! Unfortunately, I have had to plan 3 funerals in 4 yrs. After planning the first 2 with Nancy, I was nervous to plan my Dad's with Ryan. He did an amazing job... with everything. He handled every unexpected twist (like usng Alexa to play the Platters) with expert precision. “This is a family run business. I have found them to be quite helpful in the difficult time making final arrangements for your love ones. My father purchased plots back in the 60's. Now Mom and Dad are placed there in different areas. The records were there and all went well. They do updates on the grounds however it does take time. I have been going there for the last 14 years purchasing mausoleum niche for my son. I find the office staff very helpful and again its a small family business.”
