My previous tenants left it in an uninhabitable condition, before going out to clean the property, decided to called Expel Exterminating to do a general pest inspection of the house. I'm thankful they were the first ones in there. Just from all the photos they sent made my wife and I sick to our stomachs. Their customer service is excellent, their technicians are polite, courteous and good at their jobs, they are honest and never up-sell and they arrive on-time and ready to work. They ask me if I have any issues that need to be addressed and they take care of them. I have them come 4 times per year and take care of the inside and outside of my house. In my 15 years at this address they are the ONLY ones who have been able to control the carpenter bees and stink bugs. For what they charge, it's well worth the money.
