Chem-Dry Of Mars

I used Stanley Steamers previously on my carpets and they rushed through the work and I felt the quality just wasn't there. This time I looked for a local business with good reviews. I was pleased with the reviews and moved forward with Chem-Dry. I was extremely satisfied with the work that John the service tech performed. He was very professional, and he took the time necessary to scrub the carpets without rushing through it. I had a few areas that needed extra attention and he made sure to clean those areas thoroughly. I would strongly suggest Chem-Dry and I will use them in the future as well.

We have wanted to get our carpets cleaned since we moved into our house 9 months ago. We finally got around to doing it and used Chem-Dry of Mars. Our carpets had spots and I have no idea when the last time they were cleaned was and now... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW! John was so nice and so professional. He worked very hard to get up the spots and his work is beautiful. I am so very pleased and highly recommend Chem-Dry of Mars!

Chen Dry came to our office and did an amazing job of removing adhesive from construction. There was a good deal of handwork and best of all it didn't smell. I was pleased because our office is concerned about air quality and there was no odor. Thanks for saving our new carpet!

I bought an area rug at an estate sale which needed to be cleaned. The Chem_Dry folks did a wonderful job from explaining my options of having it cleaned to doing the cleaning itself! I'm very pleased and highly recommend them.

We had a terrific experience! The tech was here a few minutes early and spent some time walking around and taking-in the job before diving into it. He worked VERY hard and did the absolute best he could, no doubt about it. He kept in communication with us as he worked and was very careful not to scratch or rub any walls, banisters, anything! Our carpet was in the home before we moved-in, is very light-colored and as we found out, not too high quality. The carpet is so much cleaner, we are very happy. If we are here long enough to replace the carpet, we will go with something not so light-colored! It does not look new but the dirt is gone. We waited too long to get it cleaned. Chem-Dry of Mars and the tech that came, are outstanding!!! Thank you very much!
