    We love this gym. Everything from the atmosphere, the equipment, the owner, the people that work out in there, the cleanliness, it's just perfect.

    Shrec's is awesome. Lance is great, all the members are nice and friendly, and they have this family/tribe atmosphere that's immediately welcoming. They make everyone feel like they belong. I love it there. It's so much better than LA or 24 Hour or Fitness Connection. It would be worth driving a fair distance for, but thankfully I don't have to when I train there.

    Much appreciate the planning that goes into the work out sessions. Thoughtful and caring trainers who pay attention to their clients. Everything I need to get fit and feel good about myself. Great people , good atmosphere.

    My wife and I workout here 3 days a week. There is group training which is conducted and monitored by a certified trainer. We have been doing this training for the past 6 years and we both love it. Its a mix of heavy weight training and circuit training. Members can choose which suits them best or train on their own. This is a no frills gym, but very laid back, and lots of good people.
