I do not wish to take away the professionals that are good salesman, parts salesman and equipment people. However after many years of purchasing several thousands of dollars in equipment since 2008 to present including the most recent being a X590 riding lawn tractor for over 8000.00 dollars I surely expected to be treated with reasonable consideration and fairness. However I had a complaint concerning the main drive belt on the lawn tractor not worn but material failure when I noticed the belt was coming apart in layers as it was constructed. Instead I was meant by the manager Gary with excuses, how the belt might have a bad pulley, or a stick might have cause the the damage and Gary even went as far to insinuate I might have burn the belt and said, I quote "I have done that". The more Gary spoke the more frustrated I became because he was talking to a 65 year old man with many years of experience. i picked up the belt and left. I contacted John Deere and got results. Being I used the belt the John Deere rep could not give me one for free but he did pro rate the belt and I agreed to purchase one for 35% off original cost. Fair treatment and good representation for John Deere was I was asking and receive. Being this is a small town and John Deere is such a large company I felt such a small problem could of been handle my the manager much the way I was treated when I purchased the tractor.

With the help of Rick, Tim, and Brandi, we bought a Z545R. Credit card purchases are a bit wack but wanted to finance anyway. Took a bit of time to get the mower to the house, but at the same time every industry is pressed for inventory and people these days. LOVE how well the mower works for us. Literally cut my time by half an hour and that's with 12" grass... im sure it'll be even faster now that I have everything back to normal. (This wasn't a planned purchase, our old one crapped out.)

Major, major props to Tim who responded quickly even after hours. Also a shout out to Brandi because she was super nice about everything and was very accommodating and pleasant and knew what she was talking about. Hard to find these days for both of them.

I'm sure if it wasn't the middle of spring with a spur of the moment purchase they would get 5 stars no doubt.

First time purchasing a tractor from West Central. It was a great experience from beginning to end. At a time when supplies are low, they had plenty of tractors in stock to pick from. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. There was no hard sell on anything, they just gave me their experienced opinion and let me decided (I went with all of their suggestions). Prior to delivery, we went to the shop and they gave us a walkthrough of the features, maintenance, and connect/disconnect of the attachments. This was very beneficial because the manuals were not as clear as easy to understand as the staff showing me and letting me do it in person on my tractor. Once it was delivered, I was able to get started. Great staff and awesome experience.

Ordering a new lawnmower and attachments was a breeze. They put customer service at a level I haven’t seen by many places anymore. After having the mower picked up for service, it was brought back completely cleaned, on-time, and everyone was very friendly and courteous. I’d highly recommend this company as they put the customer experience at a very high level.

Hello, West Central Equipment in Butler is my go to parts for both of my John Deere tractors. The people in sales and in parts are great!! If they don't have the part you need , if can be ordered and will arrive in a timely fashion. Lots of inventory here to look at and a very knowledgeable sales and parts staff. Someday , I would live to buy a 1025r backhoe. Right now , they had tons of them on stock. Love this store and John Deeres. New Alexandria store is a great store too!! Butler is my favorite, though. Follow up review, visited store on 1/21/20 for some filters . Ben at parts was very helpful and visited with salesman Rick Bombara, great guy, has been with company a long time. Really appreciate Rick!! ...You have to stop in and check what's on inventory , lots there to look at and deals to be made!! Adding more pictures!! God Bless, Keith
