“I went to Dr. Bob when I first moved to Butler. After being held down as a kid and having teeth pulled without pain relief, my fear of the dentist was astronomical. I also inherited my father's inability to numb as I grew older. But Dr. Bob was amazing! Since I don't numb with simple novacain shots he did a root epidural if you will. I never felt pain with him ever! I took all of my children to him as well. My son had a terrifying experience at local dentist which was similar to my own and he too was fearful of the dentist. But Dr. Bob eased my children's fears. He just has this ease about him and a kindness. My children absolutely loved Dr. Bob, his staff and Dr. Bob's wife Heidi. They made the best impression and illicited no fear with myself and my children which is very important! I left Dr. Bob years ago due to insurance changes and the dental bills were becoming astronomical because I refused to switch my dentist. Heidi worked with me to ensure my children, my husband and I had the best dental care by being able to make payments. But then my husband's insurance switched again and I had no choice but to quit going to my greatest regret. They have the best practice in Butler hands down.”

“Some of their prices can be a bit high and the availability of certain products is horrible but they're the only store downtown besides Miller's Meats and rite aid where you can buy groceries. Their location and convenience is great. I especially like an employee named Joe that works at the Dollar General location on North Main Street in Butler, PA. He is gentle and honest-he's not going to sell you what you don't need (but will still make you look like a million bucks!), and he knows when to refer out to a specialist (doesn't your family doctor do the same? They're specialists for a reason!). They got me in as an emergency in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The doctor made me feel at ease and like he truly cares about my health. Knowing he has to keep up with the times, he's made some pretty big investments into the practice over the last few years; all x-rays are digital, and there's computers everywhere! You walk into that beautiful gingerbread house, are greeted by a friendly face, are seen on time in clean and sanitary rooms... Everything is seamless and easy.
