Butler Floor & Carpet

We have been using Butler Floor and Carpet for all are flooring projects. Robin Bowser is very knowledgeable about all the flooring products they sell and is a pleasure to work with. We recently had new carpet installed on our stairs and Don who did the installation was meticulous in everything he did from install to cleanup. I will never use any other company for our flooring needs.

At the tail end of kitchen remodel I searched big box stores for the perfect backsplash to tie it all together, nothing fit what we needed. I spent a day in Wexford and Cranberry still nothing worked. Ended up at Butler Floor and Carpet and Buck led me to all the options and helped me load the car with 7 samples that were all hopeful. Hubby and I picked a winner that night and placed the order next morning. Buck made the phone calls to check on status of order without me asking. He was so kind and helpful even though my order was small. He still treated me like a big customer. I appreciated that so much!

We had 3 rooms carpeted and 2 rooms and hallway with flooring. From help with our order from Robin to the installation by their crew, all went smooth. Installers did a great job too and very nice guys.

Jim is the best to work with! We have ordered all of our carpet from him for years and have referred numerous family and friends to him at Butler Floor and Carpet! He is always very accommodating with scheduling and arranging install! I wouldn’t choose any other “flooring guy” HE’S THE BEST!! ❤️
