Staff was very helpful and professional at Joe Pierrel auto from the time my vehicle was dropped off.
All work that was performed and estimated time for pickup was done by text and that is nice because you have a text receipt. I was kept up-to-date for the day that I was scheduled to pick up my car.
The staff was very knowledgeable on everything that was done. And any questions I had about the paperwork and parts all questions were answered properly. The rental vehicle that I had I was able to leave the keys with them and the vehicle was returned. I have had other vehicles worked on at Pierrel's. I have never had any problems.

I would highly recommend Joe Pierrel to anyone. Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent communication while my SUV was being repaired. The repairs looked great and it was done earlier than the expected date.

The truck was brought in for an insurance claim for a deer hit. They guys replaced the door, painted the truck and did some fender work where the deer hit. The truck looks great. I even asked if they could adjust my headlights two days later (when I realized they weren’t aligned) and they happily did. Very satisfied with the service all the way around.

I have used them before and last month I had to call them as my car got rear-ended. Initially said it would be a month before they could get my car in. I left it there and they were able to get to it earlier. I received weekly updates with a link. It was ready in a month (2 days after the original quoted start date for repairs)! I appreciate that they were able to work on it when they could. Picked her up today and she looks good! Awesome job, as always!
