    They are knowledgeable and honest. Much better prices than Culligan for a simple bomb proof system. Lifetime guarantee doesn't hurt either. Will never go elsewhere

    We have a whole-house carbon water filter that we purchased from Rainsoft many years ago. We have had it serviced by various businesses in the past, but we had to take the tank down ourselves or pay a pick up/delivery fee. In addition the tank sat in the shop a couple of days while we showered with chlorine-rich water. This time around my wife found Lou's business and gave them a call. Even though they are in Butler, yes they serviced the South Hills. She set an appointment (without asking the price) and we waited.

    Dan showed up exactly on time, was very pleasant, and then asked me where he could dump the spent charcoal. I was confused for a minute until I realized he was going to recharge the tank right there in his truck! No showering in a gas chamber for a couple of nights, no pick up/delivery fee/, just a reasonably priced charge for the service. In 40 minutes he was pulling away and I have some excellent material to break up the clay in my flower bed.
