FalconER Urgent Care

From the time I called them to leaving the facility it was a great experience. Very friendly and attentive. This will be my new go to place and recommend it for everyone.

The doctor I spoke with via video chat was absolutely excellent. She was very aware of my allergies, went out of her way to speak first to the pharmacist and then called me back with what she felt would be in my best interest. I would highly recommend FalconER and I felt confident with the doctor, which is huge!

The entire process runs very smoothly. We have had 4 or 5 covid tests over the last year and find the entire organization to be professional and personable. We especially love Nicole who is outstanding administering the swab. The turn around time from the lab is dependable. Highly recommend.

Awesome staff and service! Testing process was much easier than what other people told me they went through at other places. There is a telephone appointment first, then a video appt with the doctor, then you go in for testing which is great so you are able to be at home while you wait. I was able to schedule my appointment online before they opened, they called me right on the scheduled time, then I spoke to the doctor who was extremely nice and willing to answer all my questions! When I arrived, I waited maybe 3 minutes at most. The nurse who did my test was very friendly and explained how the test is done. She also told me to call if I did not hear back from them since they are backed up.

Of all people, medical staff would have an excuse to be stressed right now. However, they were all kind, friendly, and very helpful. I'm glad I found this place because it will be my new urgent care of choice moving forward!
