This purchase was my first experience with Lexus of Louisville and it was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I have had. Mr. Adrian Vogt was very knowledgeable about the used vehicle I purchased even though it was an Audi and not a Lexus. He was always courteous and polite, and very prompt to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process. Thank you Lexus of Louisville for having a very professional and courteous sales team. It was a pleasure doing business! I look forward to future car buying experiences with Lexus of Louisville.

The experience we had with Lexus of Louisville was excellent! This was the smoothest vehicle purchase we ever experienced. In one days time we were able to test drive, negotiate the price, trade in our vehicle and be prepared to close the next day. The day following, within 30 minutes we were driving off in our selected vehicle. Everyone from the salesman, the service manager , to the F&I person provided great customer service. We are very satisfied.

We had a great experience! I needed a vehicle quickly and didn’t have time to shop around for one. I reached out to Lexus Wolfinbarger and gave her my criteria. She found several cars that worked and I was able to purchase in one trip! When we picked up our vehicle after several enhancements, she was there! She checked in several times afterwards to make sure we were happy with our purchase. It was a great experience overall!

Good for buying a vehicle, but I had a tough time with their service department. The price for service online, was not the price I was quoted once I arrived in person. A few dollars here and there is fine, but the service was over 50% more than quoted online. I was asked to enter my VIN for accurate quote online too. The basic service person talked over when I tried to explain how the price online was different than quoted. He was just plain rude. Later, I talked to the service manager, and she was not very nice either. If I was corporate Lexus, I would consider helping Louisville with their scheduling system and getting the pricing squared away. Time: 4:45pm, July 22, 2022.

I live in Nashville, but I took a trip that brought me through Louisville, and had been looking for a Lexus, so I stopped at this dealership on the way. I was so impressed with Eric, the salesperson who helped me, that I ended up purchasing my new car through this dealership and doing a trade-in--even though I had to wait on my new car to be delivered and had to make another drive up to Louisville to get it. I was very impressed by their willingness to do what it took to make the deal happen. Eric and the rest of the team were extremely professional and they treated me with respect the entire time.

Dr. Lawson is excellent in taking her time during the exam to explain things. I appreciated the thoroughness and not feeling rushed. The ladies in the optical shop are terrific to work with as well. Going over the insurance allowances along with finding discounts and rebates is greatly appreciated.

The friendliest eye exam I've ever had. The doctor and staff were very thorough and efficient. In and out quickly.

The customer service was amazing. I didn’t have to wait at all. The workers helped me pick out my glasses which I really appreciate. A positive experience

Dr. Lawson was amazing! She took time to explain everything to me, was thorough, and I could tell she had my eyes’ best interest first. She is an excellent provider.
