I'm a new resident who just registered his vehicle at this location and it was a very easy, pleasant experience. The staff was very nice and the process was quick and easy.

Utilized these folks to renew the registration for my car after overlooking my renewal for a month. Service was quick, courteous, and congenial. Kirsten had me processed through in 7 minutes.
So, so far so good. Wish that they had a location open closer to the central North Hills area.

I had a great experience here. Although the staff appeared very busy. They all were working fast, hard, and efficiently to help all guest. Special thank you to the site manager for going out of her way to assist me. Great job guys & gals, keep up the hard work, we appreciate you.

Surprised by all the negative reviews. I came In Friday with a weird situation and Mary helped me out and did an awesome job she was really nice and knowledgeable. From what I could hear of the girl next to her she was very nice too. It does take some time and there can be a wait (I was in line for maybe 30 mins) it does say straight out that they’re understaffed so it’s too be expected. Overall, I was happy with my experience I would just call ahead to get accurate information on times since google is all over the place with people struggling to have staff right now.
