Larry worked hard to find me a car despite low inventory and a busy week. The van he secured for my family made a huge difference for our trip. I appreciate the great customer service and not giving up on your client.

I've been renting from this place about 4x per year for the last 7 years and can give a good summary. They're close to a 5-star and probably would be were it not for a few slip-ups. They do well in general, despite high agent turnover. Their most common errors are pretty minor but mean a lot -- I mean, stuff like the following: (1) poorly cleaned windshields; (2) cars smell like a heavy smoker used it; (3) no snow brush in winter; (4) windshield washer fluid not topped off.
Many times they get everything right and deliver a perfect service, but not all the time. I would have to say that the agents' attitudes and customer service personalities are spot on where they should be, and they always give the impression of trying to deliver perfection, always apologising when they come up short.
I continue to rent from here without regrets, as they're much better than their local competition.

My rental experience with Enterprise was perfect. I was able to make the reservation online and by joining I got a 5% discount. The car I wanted, a minivan was unexpectedly not available so I was upgraded to a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk Edition.The car was spotless and operated without a hiccup. For it's size and power it got remarkable gas mileage, I drove 236 miles on a quarter-tank of gas.

The person handling the transaction and the upgrade was extremely helpful and courteous. Enterprise actually called me the day after I returned the car to check how everything went and to let me know the car I had returned after hours had been correctly received. I will definitely choose Enterprise the next time I need a car.

My first visit here. My vehicle came out very clean, that new car clean. It wasn’t dull clean. And the gentleman Wil did a fabulous job on making sure I was pleased. Thank you very much. Will be back soon😜😜😜😜🤩🤩🤩🤩for real🤩

I have a membership here. The owner is good woman. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for a couple of the workers there that can be rude at times. Overall no real complaints, I highly recommend the membership if you get alot of car washes.

I love this car wash. The guy who served me at the front was extremely friendly and displayed excellent customer service. Everyone there was quick to do their part. My car looked beautiful after having sat at a mechanic's shop for 5 1/2 weeks! Reasonable prices as well! Will continue to give them my patronage!

They were upfront about a price change and due to high volume and the need to wash all the gunk off the cars after the snow. They scrunched everybody in to get us in quicker and did a very thorough job. Everybody worked hard, good teamwork and double-checked their work. I look forward to coming back in the future. It was our first visit there.
