(August 14, 2021, 6:27 pm)I’ve had a great service at Trek Robinson township and this one is closer so I was thinking why not? The manager Tim tuned my new bike less than 2 mins and the clicking noise on my smallest cog is completely gone. He even caught a loose cable before it damaged the bike or my calf. Very reasonable price and awesome services!
(July 20, 2021, 2:15 pm)This was my first time in the store..I'll definitely be back. Everyone was very helpful and kind. They tried to help me figure out a bike rack that I had brought in...it was not purchased at the store ..a friend had given it to me.....but they still tried to make it work ! I am the one that gave up.it was too heavy and complicated.....so, they helped me find one that fits on my car ...it is very light and simple ...they taught me how to put it on and they wanted to be sure that it works. Great group of guys !

(July 17, 2021, 9:22 am)First time visiting new location and was a great experience. I was picking up my new bike and staff was very helpful. They explained all the features on the bike to make sure I knew about the bike. They walked with me when looking at accessories and made recommendations without overly pushing the products. Maintenance staff listened to what I wanted and immediately went to work. They prepared the bike for me the way I wanted and added the accessories I chose. The whole process only took about 30-35 min which was much faster than I expected.

Tech / Mechanic Tim H took the time out to talk about my bike and upgrades I might want to do. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely go back there for the expertise and give them my business.
(June 26, 2020, 12:33 am)I went in and ordered 50 dollars worth of drinks for my co workers, and I wish I got the guys name because he was so nice!! I apologized before I ordered of course but he thought it was awesome and was just incredibly nice about it, saying he has had more! He was so nice, they all were!
